Special Offers

10% early bird accommodation discount is applicable if your deposit is received by the 30th June 2009 and full payment is received by the 30th September 2009.
10% early bird meal discount is for all meal vouchers paid for in full by the 30th November 2009.

Conditions

The $190 registration fee includes entry to the New Year's Eve extravaganza including a meal and ALL other activities during kFest09 but the fee does NOT include any other meals or accommodation costs.
The day visitor ticket costs $35.00 per day which includes all activities except the New Year's Eve party which costs $35 per person and the wine tasting afternoon which is $5 per person. Day tickets are valid for the day of issue only and are not transferable.
There are no hidden costs - free drinking water, hot showers and spa use are all included
All visitors should provide an ANF/INF passport to be admitted to the convention
Visitors agree to abide by the rules of Kiata Country Club. A copy is available in the clubhouse or upon request
Sorry but NO visitors pets are allowed during Kiata's Nudist Festival
Quoted prices for meals and accommodation may vary until booking is confirmed
Children's meals are available on request - contact us for your requirements
No refunds will be given to anyone ejected from the grounds for inappropriate behaviour.

Payments

All prices include GST
Your deposit is 25% of your total accommodation booking only
Cheques are to be made payable to Nature Developments Pty. Ltd.
Or pay by EFT bank transfer to BSB: 032-158 Account#: 137708 Name: Nature Developments. Note: Use your family name as the reference details for the funds transfer and attach a copy of your receipt to the registration form or your booking may not be recorded in time
Deposits are not refundable after the 30th November 2009
A receipt with booking confirmation and information will be sent to your mailing address within 21 days.

Accommodation

Book early as the total number of convention attendees is limited

Contact us for price on a powered site for a caravan or motor home greater than 6.5 metres (21 foot) long
A powered site for a tent, caravan, motor home or camping trailer up to 6.5 metres long is $27.50 per day
Un-powered site for a tent, caravan, motor home or camping trailer up to 6.5 metres long is $22.50 per day
A limited number of 6 berth hire caravans are available from a local van hire service. Contact us for a price

Services

Fresh drinking water will be available free of charge at all times during the convention.
There will be a shop selling the basics such as milk, ice and bread. No need to drive - orders can be placed each day for supplies from various local shops to be delivered the following day
Memorabilia will be on sale with printed T shirts, gold and silver nudist pendant, a commemorative port, caps, stubby holders and many other products available.

Activities

There will be many activities available during Kiata's Nudist Festival including:

A function every night with a New Year's Eve dinner and party with live band
Social sports
Daily children's activities
Inter club trivia and amateur theatre nights
