Schedule of fees for Kiata Country Club valid from 1^st July 2005.

MEMBERSHIP:	Initial joining fee - includes one key	$55
	Annual membership fee	$200

VISITORS:	Day or overnight non powered site	$15 per day
	Overnight powered site	$20 per day

SITE LEASE:	Annual fee	$575
ELECTRICITY:	For sites without a meter	$5 per day

OVERNIGHT STAY:	For members & includes site electricity	$12 per night
ONSITE ACCOMODATION:	Both members and visitors	$35 per night or $210 per week

Accommodation

The onsite accommodation must be pre booked and does not include the supply of linen
The visit, overnight stay and onsite accommodation fees are for a couple and their children or a single person

Rules

* Visiting conditions apply, refer to Section 2 of The Rules of Kiata Country Club
When onsite all visitors and members must abide by The Rules and Constitution of Kiata Country Club
All documents are available on request or online in the members area at www.kiatacc.com.

Payment of Fees

Fees and charges may change without notice
New membership and site fees will be charged on a quarterly pro-rata basis
All payments are to be given to the Duty Fee collectors who will provide a receipt at the time of payment
Fees are deemed to be paid upon clearance of full payment to Nature Developments Pty. Ltd.
All cheques are to be made payable to Nature Developments Pty. Ltd. (not Kiata Country Club) and posted to PO Box 279 Penrith NSW 2751
Credit card facilities are not available.
